(Independent IRB, Inc.) was founded in 1989 by Anita McSharry, President and Kim Lerner, CEO to provide fully personalized institutional review board services to clinical sponsors, contract research organizations and research clinics across the United States. Since its inception, the Independent IRB, Inc. has grown continuously under their leadership.
